Marquées par leurs identités slaves et baltes, les écrits écoféministes et les récits d’anticipations cyborgs, le langage visuel des artistes est fait d’ongles et de nez crochus, de yeux rouges, de mains terreuses, et d’excroissances vampiriques. Les dispositifs artistiques du duo sont souvent ritualistiques et polyphoniques, ils empruntent au folklore afin d’explorer la cohabitation des corps et les récits collectifs dans une perspective queer, féministe et écologique.
Marked by their Slavic and Baltic identities, ecofeminist writings and tales of cyborg anticipation, the artists’ visual language is made up of hooked nails and noses, red eyes, earthy hands and vampiric excrescences. The duo’s artistic devices are often ritualistic and polyphonic, borrowing from folklore to explore the cohabitation of bodies and collective narratives from a queer, feminist and ecological perspective.
