Maria Alcaide développe une esthétique du cynisme à l’ère post-internet. Elle révèle la part de fiction dans la réalité, pour mieux questionner les systèmes économiques, politiques et culturels de domination. Matière et texte s’entremêlent au sein d’environnements parallèles introduisant le doute et l’inconfort, le rire et la gêne.

Maria Alcaide develops an aesthetic of cynicism in the post-internet era. She reveals the fictional part of reality in order to better question the economic, political and cultural systems of domination. Matter and text intertwined in parallel worlds introducing doubt and discomfort, laughter and embarrassment.
