Lux Miranda
Lux Miranda est une artiste qui s’affranchit des imaginaires dominants.
Par une approche méditative de la création, la jeune artiste développe ce qu’elle nomme une « bibliothèque de formes écoféministes » en cela que ces formes ne s’en remettent à aucune rationalité ou récit collectif pré-existant mais plutôt à une expérience de vie vibratoire située dans le temps et dans l’espace.
Through a meditative approach to creation, the young artist is developing what she calls a « library of ecofeminist forms », in that these forms do not rely on any pre-existing rationality or collective narrative, but rather on a vibratory experience of life situated in time and space.
Les oeuvres offrent un espace de jeu incomparable aux formes et aux couleurs en dehors de toute recherche normatives. Le tapis à cet effet de proximité et de douceur qui pour autant n’enlève rien à la complexité de l’expérience. L’acte créatif de Lux Miranda lui confère une position de sorcière au savoir ancestral, comme un appel à l’inconscient innocent, celui qui sait au fond de lui ce que l’on ressent, et au geste primordial de la création.
Lux’s works offer an incomparable playground for shapes and colours, free from any attempt at normativity. The carpet has this effect of closeness and softness, which in no way detracts from the complexity of the experience. Lux Miranda’s creative act gives her the position of a witch with ancestral knowledge, like an appeal to the innocent unconscious, the one that knows deep down what we feel, and to the primordial gesture of creation.
